Getting Started

Let's start using sxml. There is a lot to learn, but every journey starts somewhere. In this chapter, we will:

  • install the sxml command on Linux, macOS or Windows;
  • write a first XPath expression and run it against a small specification written in XML;
  • take a tour of the sxml command's other commands.
